Returns and Exchanges

Freshly Brewed Beverages: (in store)
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on drinks. If you’re not satisfied with your beverage, please let us know immediately, and we’ll be happy to remake it to your liking.

Food Items: (in store)
- For any food items, if you receive something that is incorrect or not up to our quality standards, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase. We will gladly exchange the item or offer a refund.

Retail Products (e.g., bags of coffee, merchandise):
- Retail items can be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened and in their original condition. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase.
- If the item is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
How to Return or Exchange
- Please bring your item, along with the receipt, to our shop during regular business hours.
- Our team will assist you in processing your return or exchange promptly.
